    • Incorrect spelling of the beneficiary’s name.
    • Incorrect Tax Identification Number (TIN) or other identity details.
    • Incorrect listing or omission of property area.
    • Mistakes in the location or description of the property.
  5. Submission of the application: An application is drafted and submitted to the competent Land Registry Office.
    • Review by the Land Registry Office: The Land Registry Office checks whether the error can be classified as obvious.
    • Correction: If the application is accepted, the error is immediately corrected in the Land Registry records.
    • Land Registry lawsuits. -> this should be a button that opens a text: A Land Registry lawsuit is a legal process related to resolving disputes or restoring rights over properties registered in the National Land Registry. It mainly concerns cases where:
      • There are errors or omissions in the initial Land Registry entries (e.g., incorrect registration of the owner or area).
      • Disputes exist between owners regarding ownership or property boundaries.
      • A third party challenges a registered owner’s right.

The lawsuit is filed before the competent courts and aims to correct or recognize rights over the property so that the Land Registry information reflects the actual situation. It is an important tool for protecting real estate assets.
