QUICK GUIDE FOR WEBSITE USERS
Communication with the Office is quick, easy, and absolutely secure, using a specially designed request submission and management platform.
Depending on your request, you select the relevant topic section and are given the following options:
A) Submit your request by completing specially designed forms and attaching the required documents in the relevant fields. Upon submitting the completed form, you will immediately receive a message at your email regarding the progress and status of your request, and we will soon send you a financial offer with a detailed cost estimate, processing time, and instructions. Submitting a request DOES NOT constitute engagement of services. Our collaboration begins upon our sending of a financial offer and your explicit acceptance of said offer.
The initial assessment of your request and the submission of a financial offer for handling it are completely free of charge.
After the financial offer is sent and accepted by you, our collaboration begins, and our legal representatives undertake the immediate processing of your request.
It is emphasized that the financial offer will concern exclusively the processing of your request. In case of additional requests or the need to examine and assess further data, the Office reserves the right for additional charges after informing you and obtaining your written agreement.
B) Schedule an in-person or online appointment (link) with a legal representative of our Office by completing the corresponding form. The form requires you to fill in all requested details, and you will soon receive a notification at your personal email regarding appointment availability for your best service.
In case of scheduling an appointment with our legal representative (either in-person or online), a fee of €60/hour applies (billing starts from the first minute).
After the appointment’s completion and in case of undertaking tasks for processing your case, our charges will be based on a predetermined agreement depending on the nature of the case.
For available payment methods, we refer you to the Website’s Terms of Use, which you are urged to read regularly and carefully as they may be modified. The Terms in effect at the time of the start of our collaboration (as defined above) are the applicable ones.
The user is obliged to provide accurate and complete documents and information for the proper processing of their case.
The company is not responsible for actions and decisions made by clients without first consulting our legal representative.
For any questions or clarifications, you may contact us by completing the customer communication form.
